Job Description

Teceze is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join their global IT services team. The role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and building revenue pipelines through outbound engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to generate qualified leads.
Identify and prospect potential clients through research and social media.
Nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into sales-ready leads.
Schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings with potential clients.
Work closely with internal teams to tailor outreach efforts.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet KPIs.
Attend meetings with clients to pitch services and close deals.
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in outbound IT sales or business development.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Demonstrated success in cold calling and objection handling.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Target-driven with positive attitude.
