We are looking for a Collections Manager to oversee daily collection activities and ensure targets are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage Daily DRR (Daily Receipt Reconciliation)
Conduct door-to-door visits for collections
Follow up with customers on a daily basis
Track and analyze target vs achievement metrics
Monitor and coordinate with collection agencies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Prior experience in collections management
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
