Join AlphaSense as an Order Processing Analyst to manage the sales contract management and provisioning process. Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial and legal requirements are met.

Responsibilities

Process new and renewal orders
Validate opportunity and contact information
Resolve customer queries and concerns
Track communication in CRM system
Suggest process enhancements for efficiency

Qualifications

Customer service experience
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
