Job Description

Responsibilities

End to end contract management including vetting, negotiating, and executing agreements.
Analyze new business initiatives from a legal and regulatory perspective.
Maintain and review executed agreements with business.
Assist in regulatory/legal compliances and audits.
Track regulatory changes impacting the business.
Ensure legal compliance of the company's website.
Coordinate with internal departments and external counsels for regulatory work.
Maintain MIS of agreements and legal database.
Perform other specified tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Law degree from a reputed college/university. CS will be an added advantage.
7+ years of post-qualification experience in legal departments of corporates/law firm.
Experience in contract management is mandatory.
Knowledge of corporate law and procedures. Understanding of insurance laws is a plus.
Strong legal reasoning and communication skills.
