Job Description

We are seeking a Field Sales Relationship Manager to develop sales strategies and acquire new customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Acquire new customers through various methods
Fix meetings with prospects and conduct need analysis
Implement Need-Based Selling Model
Upsell & Cross-Sell to existing customers
Ensure timely issuance of policies
Provide post-sales service to customers
Maintain persistency ratio
Work closely with supervisor to achieve business targets

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to source new sales opportunities
Knowledge of insurance products is a plus
