Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Proactively source candidates through various channels

Oversee onboarding and manage employee relations
Support HR operations and strategies
Identify training needs and assist in implementing programs
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience
Knowledge of HR functions and recruitment strategies
Strong communication and organizational skills
