Job Description

The Senior Technical Lead - ServiceNow is responsible for leading technical deliverables and application implementations on large development efforts. They drive technology improvements, lead project execution, and mentor software engineers at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead technical track on projects and research efforts
Apply advanced technical innovations and best practice architecture
Communicate complex concepts to leadership and staff levels
Mentor software engineers and direct team towards training and mentoring

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
Strong understanding of CSDM framework, CMDB implementations, and data structures
Experience with REST/SOAP API concepts, Unit and Integration Tests, Dev Ops Principals, and web-based applications
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps Tools
