Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Tele Caller to engage with our existing sellers, encourage increased usage of our services, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance seller experience and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach calls to existing sellers
  • Regularly communicate new offers, discounts, and updates to sellers
  • Understand sellers' shipment patterns and business requirements
  • Develop and execute retention strategies
  • Achieve defined KPIs related to seller retention and upselling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate records of seller interactions
  • Promptly address seller concerns and issues
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
