Job Description

Join us as a Project Administrator responsible for timely execution of project orders and ensuring profitability targets are met. Plan, budget, coordinate, and detail all aspects of specific projects. Manage complete cycle of technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare project-specific documents and templates
  • Handle project documents, transmittals, and customer communication
  • Act as primary contact between customers and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate revision control and metadata management
  • Submit bank guarantees and issue change orders
  • Provide regular project document status reports
  • Support shipment process with advance shipping notice creation
  • Consolidate final documents and work with documentation team for submission

Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in documentation system is desirable
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and PM expectations
