Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate for People Operations with good knowledge in HRO Domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various transactions on different ERP systems and maintaining SLAs in terms of TAT and Accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage Data Entry for various transactions on different ERP systems
Audit own work to ensure accuracy
Handle basic queries and respond to emails regarding Payroll Inputs
Demonstrate Customer Orientation

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with a diverse group of employees
