Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Assist customers with order management, product knowledge, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Proactively engage with customers through outbound communication initiatives to foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
