Join our team as a Human Resources Intern at The Entrepreneurship Network (TEN) to help in recruitment, HR initiatives, and systems implementation.

Responsibilities

Identify hiring needs and execute recruitment plans.
Manage online sourcing platforms for recruitment.
Review applications and conduct interviews.
Develop recruitment documents.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Prepare job descriptions and manage the hiring process.
Implement onboarding and training programs.
Assist in performance management processes.

Qualifications
