Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager and work closely with multiple accounts to ensure high retention rates and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of assigned multiple accounts
  • Stakeholder management with various Leaders and CXOs of customer organizations
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted working relationships with key decision-makers and users
  • Identify risks to client success and engage proactively
  • Develop and execute retention plans for at-risk customers
  • Drive resolution of escalated issues in coordination with teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management
  • Graduate degree, preferred in Hotel Management or Sales Management
  • Proven expertise in handling high-net-worth customers
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
