Job Description

Join our team as an Application Packager - L2 in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. We are looking for a skilled professional to package applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and support virtual desktop infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Technical review and assessment of applications
Support and troubleshoot technical issues and complex applications
Packaging applications in MSI format using Admin Studio
Virtualize applications using App-V
Deploy applications using SCCM, Altiris
Provisioning and administrating virtual desktops
Train and mentor new team members
Create PowerShell scripts for package configuration
Support VDI infrastructure
Manage VDI infrastructure
Perform health checks and take necessary actions

Qualifications

Proficient in Windows 10, Windows Server operating systems
Good in technical troubleshooting and problem solving
Experience in packaging tools like ORCA, ProcMon
Knowledge of Active Directory and ITIL framework
Experience in Altiris, SCCM, App-V
Ability to handle technical escalations
