Job Description

Join Amex GBT to help colleagues achieve success in a collaborative culture. Handle APAC/UK calls, emails, and queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Take APAC/UK calls, tickets and work on emails
Prepare appointment letters and other HR-related letters for APAC/UK
Handle queries related to PF, insurance, policies, and background checks
Work on ER checks and background verification emails
Manage mat/pat cases of APAC/UK
Generate reports and liaise with vendors for PF and insurance related questions

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3+ years of experience in HR
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to take on additional responsibilities
