Responsibilities

Manage a team of developers
Ensure team efficiency and growth
Evaluate project resources and progress
Manage risks and ensure quality

Qualifications

B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent
12+ years of relevant experience
Experience in C# development
Engineering school or master's degree in computer science
3+ years in a similar R&D Manager position
Software Craftsmanship mindset
Fluency in English
Tech stack experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES6, Vue.js, TypeScript, Oracle, Couchbase, RabbitMQ, etc.
