Responsibilities

  • Managing and sending all the Invoices that come to the invoicing board.
  • Responsible for invoicing at the end of the month.
  • Responsible for invoicing major clients for end of month Invoicing.
  • Responsible for following up with concerned departments and sales reps to clear tickets from invoicing board.
  • Helping customers to complete the Bill on behalf of enrollments.
  • Supporting Fastlane & Order Processing team when there is excessive workload.
  • Helping Accounting team with additional side projects.
  • Reporting daily work summary
