Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist Office Admin to handle incoming calls, greet visitors, perform administrative tasks, manage office calendar, support the management team, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to relevant personnel
  • Greet visitors, provide information, and offer assistance
  • Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, scanning
  • Manage office calendar, schedule appointments
  • Provide support to management team and staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Manage daily couriers, track shipments
  • Maintain housekeeping supplies, purchase as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
