Job Description

An AHS Specialist within the Account Health Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and third-party business partners. They provide world-class support to Sellers on the Amazon platform and strive to predict and solve Seller's needs effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers, escalating issues when necessary.
Liaise with other departments to resolve Seller's issues and questions.
Maintain professionalism and positive demeanor while dealing with sensitive issues.
Contribute to a positive team environment and assist team members as needed.
Maintain high performance metrics and seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation.

Qualifications

Business proficient fluency in both written and verbal Italian & English.
Graduation or equivalent education.
12 months in customer service, preferably in a contact center.
Strong soft skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.
Ability to work various shifts, maintain confidentiality, and work during holidays.
Team player with willingness to go the extra mile.
