Responsibilities

Develop coding for Hadoop, Spark, Java, and Angular Js
Collaborate with team members to establish best practices and identify optimal solutions
Review code, provide feedback, and improve performance
Design, develop, and test large-scale custom distributed software systems
Adhere to SDLC and Agile practices
Contribute to technological strategy definition and standards
Provide guidance and coaching to associate developers
Conduct performance tuning and improvement
Use Informatica or similar products for data replication

Qualifications

Experience with Spark, HDFS, Hive in distributed databases
3+ years in Application Developer or Data Architect role
Strong knowledge of data and data models
Understanding of business processes and structures
Basic knowledge of securities trading business and risk
