Job Description

Join our team as an Operations & Logistics Executive in the healthcare vertical. Manage day-to-day logistics for our growing healthcare vertical, focused on functional health and preventive diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pick-up and drop-off of diagnostic sample kits from client locations across Delhi/NCR
  • Liaise with courier partners and clients to schedule and track deliveries
  • Ensure accurate labelling, packaging, and documentation in line with sample handling protocols
  • Work with freight and courier services to dispatch samples to international partners
  • Manage documentation and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery
  • Assist in building and maintaining SOPs for logistics and sample workflows
  • Maintain detailed logs of shipments and coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in logistics or operations
  • Prior experience in medical labs or diagnostic logistics is strongly preferred
  • Good command of both English and Hindi
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic familiarity with ERP or tracking tools
