Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to provide excellent service to our customers through inbound calls and feedback collection. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
  • Gather and document customer feedback for product and service improvement.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments with timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
  • Identify process improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 0-6 months experience in customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
