Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to provide excellent service to our customers through inbound calls and feedback collection. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
Gather and document customer feedback for product and service improvement.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments with timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
Identify process improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Meet performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
0-6 months experience in customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools (preferred).
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
