Provide technical support to clients through non-voice channels and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Support process by managing transactions as per required quality standards.
Field all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.
Document all pertinent end user identification information and nature of problem or issue.
Update availability in the RAVE system for productivity.
Record, track, and document all queries, successful resolutions, and unsuccessful resolutions.
Follow standard processes and procedures for query resolution.
Resolve client queries as per defined SLAs.
Access internal knowledge bases, resources, and FAQs for effective problem resolution.
Identify and learn product details for better client interaction.
Analyze call logs to spot trends and prevent future problems.
Maintain self-help documents for customers.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
Technical support experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
