Job Description

Join our team as a Design Coordinator to work on exciting real estate projects in India. Utilize your engineering background and design software knowledge to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Coordinate design activities with architects and consultants
Prepare and maintain detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
Review design drawings and adjust as needed
Conduct site visits to assess progress
Create and manage project drawings using design software
Provide technical support to project managers
Facilitate effective communication with internal and external teams
Assist in project documentation preparation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
6-7 years of design coordination experience
Proficiency in design software
Strong understanding of civil, MEP, and HVAC systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing multiple projects
