Job Description

Join Bank of America as a Senior Application Support Manager in Global Banking to lead the application production support team in India Mumbai and maintain stability of production applications in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to India application support team
  • Partner with internal and external teams for environment stability
  • Consult with downstream applications in India branches
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems
  • Resolve and document incident and service tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide stability metrics and reporting for global management
  • Support triage for escalated issues

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in application support in banking and finance
  • Strong background in UNIX, Linux, Wintel, Perl/Shell scripting
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem root cause diagnosis skills
  • Experience in incident management and working with senior stakeholders
