Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Microsoft-related work over M365 platform
Ensure service monitoring, maintenance, and new developments
Identify opportunities for business areas to benefit from new Microsoft technology
Manage and provide support to the platform
Configure the M365 suite and advise on best practices
Assess and champion the use of Microsoft's entire platform
Ensure security standards and best practices for data protection
Demonstrate available capabilities and solutions to business areas
Provide reports, dashboards, and analytic services for troubleshooting and problem resolution

Qualifications

BE / B. tech / MCA / Any Post Graduation
15+ years of experience in enterprise class collaboration platforms
Experience with MS Teams, One Drive, SP Online
Thorough understanding of Office 365 and related core technologies
Experience in voice, video, and AV technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies
