Job Description

Join Bank of America as an Assistant Manager in the Structured Products Calc Agent Team. This role involves working on tasks related to life cycle events of various financial products such as Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work on tasks related to life cycle events of Structured Products, Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives.
  • Provide operational support to Trading Desks/Products including Notes, Warrants, and Certificates.
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality service.
  • Perform self-review of data inputted in back office systems.
  • Adapt to periodically changing processes and work in multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Prioritize workload, work accurately under pressure, and have a strong desire to learn from day-to-day scenarios.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate and Preferably MBA with Finance Background
  • Certification: CFA, FRM, or any finance-related certifications
  • Experience: 6+ years in middle office support functions or operations for derivative products
  • Hands-on understanding of Global Markets/Investment Banking business and basic knowledge of Structured Products.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail and ability to adapt to new systems/procedural changes.
