We are seeking a Product Manager specializing in the banking sector to identify, enhance, and manage banking products to meet customer and industry demands.

Responsibilities

Identify and propose new banking products aligned with industry trends and customer expectations.
Conduct reviews of existing products, prepare documentation, and ensure they are updated.
Recommend modifications to existing products for competitiveness and efficiency.
Lead product strategies, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).
2-3 years of banking product management experience.
Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.
Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
