Job Description

The Customer Development Manager is responsible for implementing strategic marketing plans at the area level, overseeing operations, and guiding sales executives to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

Increase revenue by meeting Customer Development objectives and Business Development goals
Handle complaints and provide timely solutions
Develop relationships with new potential customers
Manage key accounts and deliver client-focused solutions
Drive the sales process from prospect to close
Create marketing campaigns and convert leads into business
Provide regular customer feedback to product development and marketing teams
Create weekly/monthly reports and presentations

Qualifications

Ability to guide and motivate a team
Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills
Performance and achievement oriented
Proficient in MS Office and ERP functions
