Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Provide course-related guidance and support based on individual requirements
  • Drive enrollments by meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintain regular communication with potential leads to maximize conversions
  • Accurately update lead data and communication history in the CRM system
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and education sector developments
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and student onboarding

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 03 years of experience (Freshers with a strong interest in sales and student counseling are encouraged to apply)
