Responsibilities

  • Selling online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.
  • Developing a database of qualified leads through various channels.
  • Area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals with necessary documentation.
  • Prospect relentlessly to build a strong pipeline and relationships with prospects.
  • Drive B2B sales, acquiring new corporate clients and upselling to existing accounts.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and solution selling.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle.
