Provide internal and external customer support with order to remittance (OTR) and after-sales support. Manage cases in SFDC and the ERP system, SAP.
Ensure resolution of customer issues by coordinating with internal and external teams. Coordinate appropriate solutions for customer requests. Inform customers about purchase order status and more.
High School Diploma/GED equivalent and 2 years of experience in order fulfillment. Bilingual in local language and English. Proficient in SAP or similar ERP system.
