Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SoC DFT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scan insertion, SCAN DRC/Coverage debug, ATPG pattern generation, gate level simulations, JTAG/P1500 protocols, and scripting languages like Perl/Tcl.

Responsibilities

Perform scan insertion and SCAN DRC/Coverage debug
Generate ATPG patterns
Conduct gate level simulations
Work with JTAG/P1500 protocols
Utilize Perl/Tcl scripting

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SoC DFT
Knowledge of timing/formal verification and PD flow is a plus
