Job Description

Join Cambridge University Press & Assessment as a Senior Customer Service Executive to provide timely and quality service to customers, sales, and internal teams. Manage and execute all functions related to Customer Care Service.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and assign daily workload to customer service team. Process customer orders accurately. Resolve customer/sales concerns. Ensure team follows company policies. Provide training and anticipate customer needs.

Qualifications

Graduate, preferably BCom with 3 to 5 years of customer service experience. Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
