Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Team Lead to drive sales with a revenue target individually and by leading a sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of B2C Inside Sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales with a revenue target individually and by leading a sales team
  • Ensure measurement of right conversion metrics with accuracy
  • Own the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to the team
  • Maintain constant communication channel with business and provide valuable insights for process improvement
  • Build a culture that helps the team to thrive along with month-on-month business growth
  • Handle the final sale by initiating down payment discussion and closing the sale with high ticket size

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency)
  • Sales bent of mind with ability to effectively communicate offerings and close applications
  • Approachable and vibrant personality
  • Strong empathy and passion for delivering high levels of customer service
  • Team player with ability to lead, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines
  • Working proficiency in MS Excel & CRM is preferable
