Job Description

Weapplinse Technologies LLP is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage all aspects of human resources practices. The role involves talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Manage hiring process and on-boarding.
Build relationships with hiring agencies and job portals.
Address employee concerns and organize company events.
Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
Organize training programs and oversee payroll processing.
Develop and update HR policies.
Maintain employee records and databases.
Ensure proper documentation for on-boarding and off-boarding.
Oversee company's internal HRMS.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Manager in IT sector is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain contact with office vendors.
