Job Description

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational activities at the branch, including transaction approvals, service delivery management, customer satisfaction, compliance activities, staff supervision, sales referrals, premises management, health and safety guidelines, and archival portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Approve daily transactions for selected products
  • Manage service delivery and observe customer traffic
  • Monitor customer satisfaction ratings
  • General reconciliation and compliance activities
  • Ensure satisfactory ratings in audits
  • Ensure compliance with all operations health documents
  • Supervise, coach, and train staff
  • Contribute to branch performance through referrals and efficient customer service
  • Monitor transaction volumes and promote alternate banking channels
  • Ensure adherence to bank's Mis-selling & Sales Policies
  • Manage premises and ensure health and safety guidelines
  • Ownership of the Archival portfolio for the branch

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate
