Job Description

A telecaller is a customer service representative who contacts customers over the telephone. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, keeping records, meeting sales targets, staying up-to-date with industry developments, and following company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote products and services, or follow up.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information.
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Keep records of all interactions and transactions, updating customer information in a database as necessary.
  • Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
