Job Description

Join Citi's Application Support team in Pune to provide critical business and technical support for global banking services. Play a pivotal role in maintaining production environments, driving stability, and service improvements.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and support applications and operating environments
Perform start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handovers
Develop and maintain technical support documentation
Partner with development and support teams for bug fixes and tooling requirements
Assess risk and impact of production issues, escalating when necessary
Participate in application releases and deployments
Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Production Support
Experience with SQL, Linux, middleware, cloud technologies
Business knowledge of financial markets and products
Strong customer service and communication skills
Problem management tools experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
