The Senior Manager will be responsible for implementing automation and process improvement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Implement 5S, Lean management, and Production excellence
Introduce latest process technology and automations
Design and develop Jigs, fixtures, Gauges, and instruments
Identify process improvement areas and cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications

Diploma or Graduation in Engineering
15-20 years of experience in Engineering
Strong management and interpersonal skills
