Join our team as an NCE L2 Engineer focusing on design and deployment of IP and Optical Networks. Utilize your skills in IP routing, switching, MPLS, and more to drive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Drive technology design and implementation of IP and Optical Networks
Assist customers with integration and implementation of tools and systems
Support presales activities and translate business requirements into solution design
Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve issues
Deliver customer collateral, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Drive customer technology transitions and influence solution architectures
Support company processes and apply relevant tools efficiently

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
8-10 years of experience in technical consulting, design, and troubleshooting
Technical certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE desired
Experience with Cisco IP and Optical Routers
Detailed knowledge of various networking protocols
Good business judgment and communication skills
Experience delivering IP network deployment projects
