Job Description

A receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and performing administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes

Administrative Support:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain records and perform basic office tasks
