Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews
  • Efficiently juggle multiple responsibilities such as HR tasks, reception duties, and meeting coordination
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and visitors
  • Handle administrative tasks, manage office operations, or work in a front desk/reception role
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for daily administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant diploma with experience will also be considered
  • Additional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRM) are a plus
