Job Description

Join our Customer Success team and engage proactively with customers to provide strategic and tactical guidance to increase the value they acquire from Freshworks suite of products.

Responsibilities

Engage proactively with customers based on the engagement model
Understand customer's business flow and use-cases
Showcase product demo and provide solutions for business use cases
Establish stronger customer relationships and promote awareness of product innovations
Work cross-functionally to address customer issues
Own two key metrics: Increase Product-Adoption & Customer Retention
Implement and support compliance and information security processes

Qualifications

4-7 years of Customer Success experience in SaaS
Proven track record as a strategic trusted advisor
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's Degree
Self-starter with ability to report client's status on a timely basis
