Job Description

Join our Customer Success team and engage proactively with customers to provide strategic and tactical guidance to increase the value they acquire from Freshworks suite of products.

Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with customers based on the engagement model
  • Understand customer's business flow and use-cases
  • Showcase product demo and provide solutions for business use cases
  • Establish stronger customer relationships and promote awareness of product innovations
  • Work cross-functionally to address customer issues
  • Own two key metrics: Increase Product-Adoption & Customer Retention
  • Implement and support compliance and information security processes

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of Customer Success experience in SaaS
  • Proven track record as a strategic trusted advisor
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Self-starter with ability to report client's status on a timely basis
