Day to day administration of the center
Achieve targeted Patient Satisfaction at the centre
Ensure achievement of Revenue targets
Build, engage, and manage team
Keep check on Credits and outstanding (TPA, CGHS, ECHS & Corporate etc)
Maintenance & upkeep
Budgeting & cost control
