Responsibilities

Accurately post all payments received to patient accounts
Reconcile daily cash postings with bank deposits
Identify and resolve discrepancies in payments
Generate and analyze reports on payment trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred
1-2 years' experience in healthcare insurance collections
Advanced knowledge of insurance contracting and regulations
Experience with medical billing and collections terminology
