We are looking for a Salon Manager to oversee client handling, billing, reporting, and staff management at our multiple salons in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have experience in salon or retail management, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Client receiving and handling
  • Billing and reporting
  • Receiving phone calls and making bookings
  • Floor management to ensure work as per SOP
  • Managing staff and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Daily reporting

  • Good at sales to drive revenue

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in salon or retail management
  • Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
