Responsibilities

  • Lead channel sales activities in the assigned territory
  • Execute channel strategy and planning to maximize revenue
  • Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and architects
  • Monitor sales team performance and motivate members to meet targets
  • Primary sales of Metal Composite Panels, HPL, Louvers, and Glass
  • Execute project sales strategy and drive market penetration in the territory
  • Identify and generate new clients, distributors, dealers
  • Develop demand generation campaigns and track results

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail and distribution network sales management
  • Prior experience in Building materials
  • Graduation/Post Graduation/Technical Degree/MBA
