Job Description

Direct Credit is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the Loan Sales department. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Loan Industry and be able to bring in a team of 10 members.

Responsibilities

Drive Loan sales and achieve targets
Develop and implement sales strategies
Recruit, train, and lead a team of mortgage sales professionals
Ensure superior customer service

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field
Minimum 5-8 years in retail loan sales
Preferably trained in financial sales
