India Book of Records is looking for a Sales cum Operations Manager to join our team. The role involves engaging with clients, coordinating services, managing events, and more.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Contact leads to convert them into customers
  • Explain services clearly and handle objections
  • Maintain client relationships and promote additional services

Operations & Service Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams for service delivery
  • Prepare documents and manage client information
  • Coordinate logistics for events

Reporting & Process Support:

  • Maintain reports for sales and service delivery
  • Share performance updates with management
  • Contribute to process improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong command of MS Excel and Google Workspace
  • Organized, self-driven, and team player
